Getting started

Set up your Meetlane account

Create your workspace, connect a calendar and publish your first booking page in about five minutes.

Create your first event type

Event types define what people can book with you: length, location, questions and rules.

Share your booking page

Send a link, add a button to your site or embed the full booking page inline.

Account & team

Invite teammates to your workspace

Add colleagues by email or let anyone with your company domain join automatically.

Roles and permissions

What Owners, Admins and Members can do, and how to change someone's role.

Enable single sign-on (SSO)

Let your team sign in through Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or any SAML 2.0 identity provider.

Calendars

Connect your calendar

Link Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 or iCloud so Meetlane can check conflicts and add new meetings.

How Meetlane checks for conflicts

Which events block your availability, how often calendars sync and how to make an event count as free.

Bookings & payments

Set your availability and buffers

Control when people can book you, add breaks between meetings and block out holidays.

Accept payments for bookings

Charge invitees when they book, issue refunds and choose what happens when someone cancels.

Let invitees reschedule or cancel

Every confirmation includes links to change a booking. Here's how to control them.

Billing

Change your plan

Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

Download invoices and update billing details

Find past invoices, add a VAT number and change the card or billing email.

Troubleshooting

Bookings show at the wrong time

Most time zone problems come from one mismatched setting. Check these four places.
