Troubleshooting

Bookings show at the wrong time

Most time zone problems come from one mismatched setting. Check these four places.

If meetings appear an hour off, or invitees see times that don't match your working hours, one of these settings is usually the cause.

1. Your profile time zone

Go to Settings → Profile and check Time zone. Your working hours are interpreted in this zone, wherever you happen to be.

2. The schedule's time zone

Each availability schedule can have its own time zone. Open Availability, select the schedule and check the zone shown under its name.

3. Your calendar's time zone

Google Calendar and Outlook have their own time zone setting. If it differs from Meetlane's, meetings are created correctly but may look shifted in your calendar app.

4. The invitee's time zone

Booking pages show times in the invitee's time zone, detected from their browser. Invitees can change it with the selector above the calendar.

Tip: After a daylight saving change, open your booking page in a private window to see exactly what invitees see.

If none of these explain the problem, contact support with the booking ID from the confirmation email.
